PlanToys

Wooden toys made in Thailand from rubberwood, the tree kept on after it has finished giving latex, put together with formaldehyde-free glue and coloured with organic pigments and water-based dyes.

A baby gym with a rocket and a planet to reach for, a xylophone, a drum, a lacing sheep, a stacking rocket, a first phone with a beaded dial. Simple shapes in soft colour, sturdy enough to be played with properly and handed on afterwards. Ages are on each product, starting from birth.

Why PlanToys

Made from rubberwood. Sustainably made in Thailand using chemical-free rubberwood — the trees are grown for latex, and the timber is used once they stop producing it. A second life for a tree that would otherwise be cleared.

Formaldehyde-free glue, organic pigments, water-based dyes. Which matters rather a lot when a toy is going to spend its life in a baby's mouth.

Toys that are doing something. A drum that builds spatial awareness and arm strength, a click-clack toy worked with both hands. Simple in the hand, and quietly developmental.

They last. Wooden toys are the ones that survive a childhood and get handed to the next child, which is why they sit well alongside knitwear made on the same principle.

PlanToys wooden baby and toddler toys — sustainable rubberwood, water-based dyes, made in Thailand and stocked at the bonnie mob.

FAQ's

What are PlanToys made from?

Chemical-free rubberwood, with formaldehyde-free glue, organic pigments and water-based dyes. Made in Thailand.

What is rubberwood?

The timber of the rubber tree. The trees are grown for latex, and once they stop producing, the wood is used for furniture and toys rather than being wasted.

Are they safe for a baby to chew?

The dyes are water-based and the pigments organic, and the glue is formaldehyde-free. Each product page lists the age it is intended for.

How do I clean a wooden toy?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry it. Wooden toys should not be soaked or put in a dishwasher.

Why does the bonnie mob stock them?

Because they are made on the same principle as the knitwear — good materials, made to last, and worth handing on.

Adorable soft jumper. Very pleased with the quality and the design is so sweet. I would size up if in doubt, my son is 5 months and the 6-9 month fits well.

Mushroom Fleece Baby & Kids Organic Dress

I’m really impressed with the baby clothes I bought from Bonnie Mob! The organic cotton feels incredibly soft and gentle on my baby’s skin — you can truly feel the quality the moment you touch it. The fabric is well-made and durable, even after a few washes, and the designs are absolutely adorable. You can tell the difference compared to many other brands — Bonnie Mob clothes just feel more premium, comfortable, and thoughtfully made. Definitely one of my new favourites for babywear! 👶💛
