Baby girl clothes, made to last

Colour rather than convention. Rainbows, cherries, checkerboards and stars, hand-drawn in Brighton since 2005. There is pink here for anyone who wants it, alongside olive, terracotta, sunshine and berry — chosen because they are lovely, not because of who is wearing them.

Fully fashioned knitwear. Cardigans, dresses and dungarees knitted panel by panel on the machine rather than cut from a sheet, so there are no offcuts and no raw edges inside. Turn-back cuffs let the sleeves down as she grows.

Organic cotton, washed at 30. Everything is machine washable, cashmere blends included, on a wool or delicate cycle. Never hotter than 30. Made to be durable, washed often and handed on.

An easy gift. Boxed gift sets, personalised blankets, or build your own gift box and choose the pieces yourself. A handwritten card can be added at checkout.

Sizes run by age, newborn to nine to ten years. The size guide gives the height each size is cut to, which is the surer way to choose.

What sizes do you do?

Newborn through to nine to ten years. Sizes are labelled by age, and the size guide gives the height each one is cut to — checking height is the surer way to choose.

What makes a good baby girl gift?

A knitted blanket is the one that gets kept. Personalised blankets are knitted with a name, and there are boxed gift sets, or you can build your own gift box and choose the pieces yourself.

Is the cotton organic?

Yes. The range is made with organic cotton.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes, all of it, including the cashmere blends. Wool or delicate cycle at 30, and never hotter than 30.

Do you only do pink?

Far from it. The range runs across rainbow brights, olive, terracotta, sunshine and berry, and most of it is designed to suit any child — there is a unisex collection if you would rather browse that way.

Can it be personalised?

The blankets can be knitted with a name. Personalised pieces are made to your specification, so please check the spelling carefully before ordering.
