1. About us

thebonniemob.com is run by Tracey Samuel Design Ltd, trading as the bonnie mob, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 04210975. Registered office: 4 Prince William Close, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 0AZ. Trading and returns address: 1st Floor, 16 Kingsthorpe Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 5HR. Email: customercare@thebonniemob.com. We are not VAT registered.

Please don't send returns or post to our registered office; use the Hove address above.

2. These terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. Please read them alongside our Returns & Refunds, Delivery and Privacy policies. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

3. Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there's an obvious pricing error, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

Some items on our site are sent directly by partner brands we've chosen to stock. These may arrive separately, and can only be sent to UK addresses; where this applies, it's shown on the product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling for UK customers. For orders from outside the UK, prices are shown in your local currency, and any delivery costs, duties and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders once we receive them, subject to stock and payment being approved. UK delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. International orders are processed through our partner Global-e. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accessible.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

You can return items within 28 days of delivery under our returns policy. Full details, including exchanges, faulty items and personalised items, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See the note at the foot of our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Personalised items

When you order a personalised item, please check the spelling of the name, word or date carefully, as we make it exactly as you enter it. Personalised items are made to your specification and can't be cancelled or returned unless faulty or not as described.

8. Gift boxes

You can add a gift box with a handwritten card at checkout, for the price shown. Items listed as boxed gift sets arrive in their box as standard.

9. Product information

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and measurements are given as a guide; our size guide shows the height each size is cut to.

10. Using this website

The content of this website, including photographs, designs, prints and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to view it and print or download extracts for your own personal use, but please don't copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. You must not misuse the site, for example by introducing viruses or attempting to gain unauthorised access.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for domestic and private use. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

12. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects your order, we'll contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of anything you've paid for goods you haven't received.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation. If you have a concern, please email us first at customercare@thebonniemob.com and we'll do our best to put it right.
