Delivery

UK delivery

• Standard UK Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.75, and free on orders of £50 or more.
• Express Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail): £7.50.
• Local pickup from our Hove studio, 9am–4pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

We dispatch orders once we receive them, subject to stock and payment being approved, and we'll email you when your order is on its way. We can't deliver on public holidays.

Some items are sent directly by partner brands we stock. These may arrive separately and can only be sent to UK addresses; where this applies, it's shown on the product page.

International delivery

We deliver to most countries through our partner Global-e. Delivery options, costs and delivery times for your country, along with any duties and taxes, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Anything else

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accessible. If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, email customercare@thebonniemob.com with your order number and we'll look into it. More details are on our Delivery page, and returns are covered in our Returns & Refunds policy.
