Wow, wow, WOW! We are over the moon to share some absolutely incredible news with you all—The Bonnie Mob has been crowned the winner of the MARIE CLAIRE Sustainability Award 2024 for Best Babies and Kids Clothing, Footwear & Accessories Brand! (We’re still pinching ourselves over here!)
Marie Claire’s Sustainability Awards are a pretty big deal, shining a light on brands that are making real efforts to be kinder to our planet while creating products people truly love. And to be recognised in this way? Well, let’s just say it’s the cherry on top of our eco-friendly brand cake!
From day one, we’ve been on a mission to prove that sustainable infant & toddler fashion doesn’t have to be boring, beige, or ridiculously expensive. It can be fun, colourful, practical, and—most importantly—made to last. We don’t believe in fast fashion. We believe in buy once, buy well, and pass it on. Every piece we create is designed with love, made from the softest organic cotton and sustainable & recycled fabrics, and crafted to stand the test of time (and the wildest of toddler adventures!). This award feels extra special because it acknowledges the hard work we’ve put into sourcing ethical materials, reducing waste, and creating clothing that helps protect the planet for our little ones’ future. Because, let’s be honest, what’s the point of dressing our kids in beautiful clothes if we’re not also looking after the world they’ll grow up in?
We couldn’t have done this without our amazing Bonniemob community. Every time you choose one of our sustainable baby outfits for your child, every time you share our brand with a friend, and every time you support sustainable kids fashion—you’re helping to create change. So this award? It’s not just for us. It’s for all of you too.
We also want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Marie Claire for recognising brands that are pushing for a more sustainable future. Awards like these help put eco-conscious childrens fashion in the spotlight, proving that sustainability isn’t just a trend—it’s the way forward.
Winning this award only fuels our fire to do even better. We’re constantly working on new ways to make our brand even more sustainable, from innovative fabrics to even more circular fashion initiatives. (Spoiler alert: we’ve got some seriously exciting things coming soon—watch this space!).
