What is the difference between a bodysuit, a vest and a onesie?

How do I wash baby bodysuits?

Machine wash at 30 or 40 and hang to dry. Bodysuits should not be tumble dried — heat fades the prints, softens the elastic in the neck and leg openings, and sets shrinkage permanently. Air dried, they hold their shape and colour long enough to pass down.
