• With every new wool rich chunky garment you should expect a small amount of  'pilling' to occur, due to the friction of everyday wear against the loose woolen fibres on the knitwear's surface. This is not an indicator of the quality, but simply part of the unique character of a natural woolen chunky knit. Any pilling can be kept to a minimum by gently washing your garment to remove the loose fibres, and using a knitwear comb.
